In addition to our short term and long term care services, Sugar Creek offers specialized services. At our facility we believe in a holistic approach to care by meeting the needs of our residents medically, socially and mentally. We understand there may be needs beyond short term or long term care services and offer specialized services to meet the individual needs. Our specialized services include hospice and respite services.
